The Sith Empire and Galactic Republic lie in ruins. After sixty-four years of war, factions from within both failing governments continue to vie for power in the galaxy, and struggle to rebuild. The Republic, officially victors of the war, hunt down the remains of the Dark Council and the new Emperor, Vowrawn.

The Jedi, decimated by the war, have retreated to Ossus to rebuild, the loss the Jedi Council was a devastating blow to the Order, forcing those that remain to reevaluate their teachings and involvement in the war.

Meanwhile a mysterious man calling himself Legate has petitioned a small group of individuals from across the Galaxy to come to the remote space station of "Port Nowhere" for unknown reasons that may have wide reaching implications...
